RIVIERA BEACH – There was one key moment that defined Temarion Foster’s junior season.
It was a defensive interception that resulted in an electrifying touchdown for Inlet Grove in Week 3 against Fort Pierce Westwood.
You can watch Foster’s key play right below.
This was Foster’s best individual game of the season. Along with the pick-six, the 5-foot-11, 175-pound cornerback recorded the following statistics:
•4 pass breakups
•3 tackles
“I was watching film all week to see what concepts they like,” Foster said. “So when game time came, their quarterback made a bad read. I made a play on the ball and took it for a touchdown.”
For the season, Foster registered the following in six games played:
•25 tackles
•11 pass breakups
•1 interception
•2 total touchdowns
“My junior year was good, but it could have gone better and I loved that my coaches were finally trusting me more,” Foster said. “What could’ve have gone differently for me was that we could’ve been better as a team and handled things differently.”
At this time, Foster has earned five scholarship offers from the following schools:
•Coastal Carolina
•Western Kentucky
•Marshall
•The Citadel
•UNC Charlotte
Foster has two leaders right now.
“I’ll say Coastal Carolina and Marshall,” Foster said. “They’re the two schools I have been talking to the most. I’ve communicating with them since the summer.”

In the offseason, Foster has been doing his best to improve himself in more ways than one.
“For workouts, I’ll go to the field by myself majority of the time and perfect my craft,” the Pahokee native said. “And yes, I play 7-on-7 and run track. I’ll also be running AAU track in the summer as well.”
Foster credits his head coach Rashad Jackson and his athletic director Hikeem Banks for his development as both a player and a person.
“The impact they had on me was helping me become a better version of myself,” Foster said. “They helped me understand the importance of getting things done.”
Foster shared his aspirations for the upcoming fall season ahead as a senior at Inlet Grove.
“My goal is to come back better than last year,” Foster said. “My team goal is to go undefeated and go deep in the playoffs.”
We will be watching closely on Foster’s overall progress from now until he signs his letter of intent with the college of his choice.
