PORT ST. LUCIE – Anthony Camara wants to show off his mother in an appreciation story post.
EDITOR’S NOTE: The following words below come solely from the Tradition Prep ‘25 running back. With Camara’s permission, some of his Mother’s Day tribute is edited for clarification purposes.
Mother’s Name: Heather Polley

My mother inspires me in many ways, but these four stood out to me the most growing up.
•My mom inspires me on the field to always give 110 percent on every play, whether it’s either running, catching a pass, or blocking.
•My mom inspires me to be a great student athlete and show respect to teachers and administrators. She told me growing up, “Manners will get you a long way son. You will understand one day.”
•My mom inspires me to be the best version of myself at home by being a respectful and responsible young man.
•Lastly, my mother inspires me to be a great role model to the younger kids I consider family and the community. She tells me, “There are young ears around. Help try to guide these kids to a better life instead of being around trouble, focus on their dreams, and stay in the classroom.”
