PAHOKEE – For this particular track and field spring season, the Pahokee Blue Devils have excelled in a few events.
Both the girls and boys have done their best in the relays on the track. It showed at the FHSAA District 13-1A track and field meet on Saturday, April 27.

Case in point: The final event of each meet is the 4×400 relay for the girls and the boys. Suffice to say, Pahokee came out on top on both occasions.
This helped to propel both the Pahokee girls and boys teams to finish as the 13-1A runner-up behind perennial 13-1A district champion and two-time defending Class 1A state champion Benjamin, which hosted the meet in Palm Beach Gardens.
The boys and girls teams reflected on how they did in the District 13-1A track meet.
Here are the actual results from the district meet. And after that, you will see today’s schedule for the regional meet at Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale.
Here’s hoping Pahokee and all of our other area teams from Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast will give it everything they have for a great showing across the board today at Calvary Christian Academy.
