Brown named his final seven schools on May 28.

And now, the Pahokee native has done some more trimming. He named his top three colleges – in alphabetical order:

•Georgia Tech

•Louisville

•NC State

Brown on Georgia Tech:

“You can’t go wrong with Atlanta, even with them rushing with the most yards in the ACC,” he said.

Brown on Louisville:

“Great place to live,” he said. “They sent two players to the league, both with 1,000+ yards.”

Brown on NC State:

“Great place to live and close to home also,” he said. “They have a great running back coach (Kurt Roper). They send players to the league (NFL).”

Brown will be making his final college decision tomorrow evening (Saturday, June 8; 7 p.m.) during a live presentation at Duffy’s Restaurant on 721 Village Blvd. in West Palm Beach.

What we will know now is what Brown is ultimately looking for at his college football destination.

“I’m looking for support with life after football,” Brown said. “I want a good environment and a good coaching staff. Also, I want to see how the players get along.”

Will it be Georgia Tech, Louisville, or NC State?

One thing is for sure: The school that gets Brown will have a great all-around running back for hopefully the next few years.

Check back in about 24 hours for Brown’s final decision.
