STUART – A lot of things took place last night (Oct. 14) in Martin Bowl XLI.
For starters, those who thought it was going to be a blowout win in favor of Martin County would be mistaken and surprised in the process.
South Fork was serious about coming to play and to win. And the road team was well on its way to possibly doing so at various points in this one.
The 41st annual Martin Bowl featured multiple lead changes, safeties, game-changing penalties, injuries, and much more. In short, it had some of everything one could think of and more in Martin Countyβs 35-25 home win over South Fork.

As you can see in the last clip above, South Fork was poised to leave Stuart with an inspiring Martin Bowl win for the first time in several years.
But Martin County had other ideas as we got closer to the end.
And then the play that sealed the win for Martin County came right here.
It was a quick celebratory win for Martin County in this wild one.
Several Martin County players and their head coach Rod Harris went on to comment about how the Martin Bowl went down.
With this yearβs win, Martin County has won five consecutive Martin Bowls over South Fork and now has the all-time series lead at 25-16.
