JUPITER – Palm Beach County’s top-ranked kicker has found a college football home.

Earlier today (Jan. 25), Jupiter 2025 kicker/punter Brogan Woeber (6-foot, 190 pounds) pledged his verbal commitment to West Florida, a Division II program based in Pensacola.
The reigning Lou Groza High School Placekicker of the Year chose West Florida over the likes of West Carolina and Davenport.
Woeber, who took a visit to West Florida on the weekend of Jan. 18-19, spoke on what led to his final college recruiting decision.
“When I visited at West Florida, the campus and facilities were top quality along with the coaching staff and team atmosphere,” Woeber said. “I knew it was home for me, which lead to my commitment.”
Woeber has had a senior season to remember for the Jupiter Warriors, which finished with a 10-2 final record and an appearance in the Class 7A regional semifinal round. Here are his final statistics:
•9-for-12 in field goals – 75 percent success rate; long of 59 yards (Palm Beach County all-time record)
•70 total points
•43-for-43 in point after attempts (PAT’s) – 100 percent success rate
•3,159 kickoff yards
•31 touchbacks
Woeber would go on to best fellow finalists Ethan Dagostino (Palm Beach Central ‘25 kicker/punter) and Cristian Clavijo (Santaluces ‘27 kicker/punter) for the Lou Groza High School Placekicker of the Year honor on December 9, 2024.
A Palm Beach County All-Star, Woeber was also selected as a FACA All-State kicker and FACA First Team All-County pick. He participated in the FACA North-South All-Star Game last month.
Woeber is also ranked as the No. 10 overall kicker in Kornblue Kicking’s Fab 50. He is rated as a 4.5-star kicker.
“Brogan has been fantastic during his entire career,” Jupiter head coach and 2023 Lou Groza High School Coach of the Year winner Jason Kradman said. “He’s only gotten stronger and really works day in and day out to perfect his craft. He’s extremely dedicated to becoming the best kicker he can be.”
