BOCA RATON – He changes the game on offense, defense, and special teams.
He might be the only player in Palm Beach County to have reached the end zone on offense, defense, and special teams over a span of nine games this season.
He is none other than Dylan Faison.

The St. Andrew’s senior athlete plays at wide receiver on offense and defensive back on defense. He is a kick returner and punt returner as well.
We can call him Mr. Do It All.
“Everytime he touches the ball he is a deadly threat to score, whether that’s catching the ball, returning kicks, or interception returns,” St. Andrew’s junior quarterback Jack Williams said of Faison. “Teams know he is the best in the county and do a good job double teaming him, but he continues to make plays no matter what. He is truly a great teammate and I am lucky to have him on my football team.”
The Notre Dame verbal commit has registered the following statistics in nine games played:

“He’s an electric playmaker,” St. Andrew’s senior tight end and Colgate verbal commit Quinn Connors said. “When we need a big play, we call on him and he makes them. He’s a big time player in big time moments.”
We have a few plays to show you that proves Faison’s case for being ranked as the No. 1 overall player in Palm Beach County.
“Dylan is a dog,” St. Andrew’s junior athlete and Navy All-American Wesley Winn said. “I feel like the competition me and him have in practice prepares me for the game because I know I will not see any better player than the one I line up against at practice. And man, he’s a leader. Just every time the balls in his hand, he’s a playmaker.”
We have one more clip for you to watch of the 6-foot-1, 170-pound athlete. See below.
The amazing plays you saw from Faison comes from preparation, focus, and paying attention to details – three things that are continuously refined in practices and off the field.
“Dylan Faison is an absolute stud,” Williams said. “He shows up every single day with purpose and tenacity to get 1 percent better every practice. He leads on and off the field and sets a new standard of what’s expected to be a member of the Saint Andrew’s football team.”
St. Andrew’s defensive coordinator Gad Jacobs spoke at length on what Faison has done for the team.
“Dylan Faison is a two-way guy who doesn’t come off the field,” St. Andrew’s defensive coordinator Gad Jacobs said. “He has started on both offense and defense the entire season. He’s also had an opportunity to be a kick returner and punt returner. He’s very dangerous and he always shows up, regardless of who we play.”
Jacobs emphasized Faison earning his scholarship offer from Notre Dame and being a hard verbal commit for both football and lacrosse.
“Notre Dame isn’t gonna add someone to their football team just because,” Jacobs said. “They’re looking for the best guys in the country. They’ve came and evaluated him. There are a lot of cases where guys lose their scholarship offer. But in his case, it was committable. It’s been committable for the last two years. They have been down here 3-4 times to watch him play and further evaluate him. They never wavered on their offer, even though they easily could have.”
St. Andrew’s head coach Jimmy Robertson is in his 10th season at the helm. The longest tenured head coach in Palm Beach County. has coached many great athletes in his time there, including the likes of Teddy Hoffmann (NC State) and Winn (Boston College verbal commit).
But there are few players quite like Faison both on and off the field.
Listen to Robertson’s commentary on Faison right below.
Faison is currently ranked as our No. 1 athlete and No. 2 overall player in Palm Beach County. He has a strong case to reach the summit with a great game tonight (Oct. 30) in Week 11 against Benjamin.
Will Faison be our next No. 1 player for the Class of 2026?
Find out next week when we release the Postseason Player Rankings for the 2026 class.
